Shipping Information
We're thrilled to serve you and get your order on its way! Our goal is to process and ship your order within 7 days or sooner. Occasionally, it may take longer, but rest assured, we're working hard to make it as quick as possible. Once your order is shipped, it typically delivers within 5-7 business days. Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping.
Please keep in mind that while we do our best to meet these delivery estimates, unexpected delays may arise due to unforeseen circumstances. Don't worry; you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If you have any questions about your order's status after it's been shipped, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us! We carefully inspect every item before shipping it to you. However, if, in the rare instance, you receive a defective item, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the defect to thrivelocaltn@gmail.com. In addition, Your item(s) must have no signs of wear. This means items must appear unworn, unwashed, free of deodorant and/or makeup, smoke, alterations, free of pet hair, etc.
Please understand that all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. Our products are made to order. Thank you for your understanding in this.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. If you do, please notify us within one hour of placing your order. After this time, changes may not be guaranteed as we start processing your order immediately. If your order has not been processed yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once it's marked as fulfilled, we can't change, cancel, or refund your order. For further assistance after your order is shipped, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Payment Concerns
If you notice a failed transaction on your bank statement, don't worry! Temporary charges may appear when orders don't go through, but they will automatically disappear within a couple of days. If you're unsure whether your order went through, please reach out to us with your full name and email address, and we'll happily double-check it for you.
Shipping Information Accuracy
We kindly ask you to double-check and ensure that you provide the correct shipping information at checkout. We can't be held responsible for incorrect delivery or non-delivery of packages due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a non-deliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package. Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds or send free replacements for packages delivered to the "wrong" location due to incorrect shipping information. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend checking your mailbox and asking your neighbors if it was delivered by mistake. In some cases, packages may be delivered to the wrong address or arrive 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS (Tel: 1-800-275-8777) immediately to file a claim. While we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we'll do our best to provide any information to assist with your claim.
Product Availability
We strive to fulfill all items in our store, but occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may lead to product unavailability after your order is placed. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All images, designs, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Local Edge and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our images, designs, and content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
